7 Sensing Software BV announced that it has entered into a collaboration with Analog Devices, Inc. in which the parties will incorporate 7 Sensing’s state-of-the-art audio solutions for wireless earbuds and headsets into the Analog Devices’ family of low power codecs.
The quality of voice calling with wireless earbuds still leaves much to be desired, especially in noisy environments. 7 Sensing’s Pure Voice software tackles that challenge by leveraging bone vibration sensors and in-ear microphones. Pure Voice intelligently blends the signals from multiple sources for crystal clear conversations, with speech transmitted strip-cleaned from background noise.
To enable the next generation of wireless earbuds, 7 Sensing offers its Hearing Augmentation software solution. This suite of signal processing algorithms elevates face to face conversations with personalized hearing amplification, ambient noise reduction and beamforming with natural low latency.
7 Sensing’s state-of-the-art algorithms optimized for Analog Devices’ low power codec chips will offer OEMs and ODMs of premium wireless earbuds an excellent combination of audio performance, power efficiency and ease-of-integration. The solution package of hardware and software will be offered through Analog Devices’ sales channels and is expected to be available for evaluation at the end of 2021.
