Protect AI Named an Inc. Best Workplace for 2024

Leader in security for AI ranked as one of highest-scoring businesses in prestigious annual list of exceptional workplaces

Protect AI, the leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) security company, today announced it has been named to Inc.’s annual Best Workplaces list. Prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company cultures.

Protect AI is a cybersecurity company that enables organizations to deploy safe and secure AI applications, without adding time to market, cost or complexities. The Protect AI Platform enables customers to see, know and manage security risks so they can build and manage secure-by-design ML systems and AI applications. The company is leading the industry in setting the standard for ML Security Operations (MLSecOps).

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 543 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.

“As a company that practices an open-door policy to foster transparency and a supportive working environment, we believe that open communication and collaboration are foundational to our success,” said Ian Swanson, CEO of Protect AI. “At Protect AI, family comes first and we embrace diversity and inclusion in everything we do. Creating a team-based culture that prioritizes innovation, customer outcomes, and fun has enabled us to build and deliver the market-leading platform for AI/ML security, while ensuring our employees feel fulfilled and valued every day in the workplace.”

“Each year, Inc.’s Best Workplaces program recognizes the very best in terms of companies that have fostered a truly amazing culture,” says Inc. editor-in-chief Mike Hofman. “We use hard metrics and data as well as qualitative measures for judging in order to find the very best—and we’re proud that the program is highly selective.”
