ModelOp, the leading AI Governance software for enterprises, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mitch Tompkins as its new VP of Sales. With his customer-centric sales approach and a proven track record in driving revenue growth, while being a deal maker who helps clients solve complex business problems, Tompkins brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to propel ModelOp to new heights.

“Mitch has a stunning track record in driving market adoption, and we’re thrilled to have him on board,” said ModelOp CEO Pete Foley. “Since our start, ModelOp has rapidly established itself as the leader in AI Governance software, helping top enterprises navigate a complex and ever-changing environment. With Mitch leading our high-performance sales team, more enterprises will benefit from gaining unprecedented visibility into the AI being used across their organizations, while staying ahead of regulations.”

As a seasoned sales executive, Tompkins will lead all global sales functions at the company. Before joining ModelOp, he was Global Vice President, Financial Services at Domino Data Lab, where he was head of global sales and business development for this emerging strategic vertical market. His career also includes executive sales as well as sales leadership roles at Tamr Inc., Domo, Inc., SAS, Oracle, Infor, and Inovis, Inc.

“ModelOp has the industry’s most advanced AI Governance software and notably its Version 3.3 includes the world’s first AI Governance Score, a standardized metric that measures risk across diverse AI initiatives,” said Tompkins. “This is an exciting time to come on board as ModelOp’s software is gaining rapid adoption as more teams recognize that it accelerates AI innovation and keeps their organizations safe through its comprehensive AI Governance inventory, automated controls, and streamlined reporting capabilities.”

Tompkins’ appointment continues ModelOp’s exceptional momentum.
