FourKites adds AI, digital leaders to drive transformation

FourKites today announced the addition of two vice presidents to its leadership team, strengthening the company’s ability to help customers transform their supply chains through AI. The appointments come on the heels of FourKites’ recent launch of Intelligent Control Towerâ„¢, which combines the world’s most comprehensive network of real-time supply chain data and continuously updated digital twins with an AI-powered Digital Workforce to drive supply chain automation.

Sree Mangalampalli joins as Vice President of Digital Transformation Solutions, bringing over 20 years of experience across manufacturing, automotive, medical technology, and construction sectors. Jimmy Sebastian joins as Vice President of AI Products with 25+ years of experience building enterprise platforms for AI, machine learning, analytics, and B2B SaaS products.

“Sree’s proven track record of delivering millions in cost savings through digital transformation and Jimmy’s expertise in building AI systems that solve real operational problems directly align with where supply chains are headed,” said Mathew Elenjickal, FourKites founder and CEO. “As our customers work to capitalize on the capabilities of our Intelligent Control Tower, these leaders will help them turn data into automated decisions that cut costs, reduce disruptions, and create competitive advantage.”

Mangalampalli has guided digital transformation strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President at TADA, where he developed and implemented multi-year procurement and supply chain strategies for executives at multi-billion-dollar industrial manufacturing enterprises. His work has consistently delivered millions in cost savings and operational efficiencies. A recognized thought leader, he serves on the board of advisors for the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management Supply Chain program.

Sebastian brings extensive expertise in AI platform development and data products focused on operations optimization. He most recently served as VP of AI Platform at Beyond Limits, where he helped customers optimize business workflows using hybrid AI approaches combining generative AI, machine learning, and symbolic AI. His previous leadership roles at Albertsons, Seven Lakes Technologies, Ticketmaster, Spirent, UST, PwC, and i2 Technologies focused on analytics and supply chain optimization.

“At FourKites, we believe in a consultative approach that starts with deeply understanding our customers’ challenges,” added Elenjickal. “We don’t just deploy technology – we partner with customers to develop solutions that address their specific pain points. Sree and Jimmy strengthen our ability to work alongside supply chain leaders, bringing specialized expertise that will help us innovate faster.”

FourKites continues to be recognized for its industry leadership and innovation, recently earning a place on FreightWaves’ prestigious FreightTech 25 list for the seventh consecutive year — one of only three companies to be named to the list every year since the awards’ launch. The company was also named to Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators in 2023, further validating its commitment to fostering a culture of innovation that delivers real customer value.
