Experienced cybersecurity and governance leader to strengthen global risk management and advisory services
MorganFranklin Cyber, a leading cybersecurity advisory and managed services firm, today welcomed Jatin Arora as Managing Director and Head of Cyber Strategy & Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). With more than 22 years of global experience, Arora will lead the firm’s Cyber Strategy & GRC practice, helping clients navigate regulatory complexity, strengthen resilience, and align cybersecurity initiatives with business priorities.

Arora is a distinguished cybersecurity and GRC executive with over two decades of experience driving strategic transformation and innovation programs for enterprise cyber risk and compliance initiatives. Prior to joining MorganFranklin Cyber, he held senior leadership roles at HCLTech, Perot Systems (now NTT Data), and Publicis Sapient, where he led global practices, delivered strategic advisory services, and incubated industry-leading frameworks and methodologies recognized by independent analysts.
Arora has a proven track record of developing scalable frameworks, driving enterprise-wide adoption of cybersecurity best practices, and enabling technology adoption across industries, including banking and financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail and consumer goods, and manufacturing. His expertise spans IT governance, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, risk management, third-party risk management (TPRM), AI/GenAI governance and resiliency.
