Tufin Promotes Dan Hatch to Senior Vice President of Global Sales

Experienced Leader to Scale Sales Organization and Drive Accelerated Adoption of Company’s Innovative Network Security Posture Management Solutions, Powered by TufinAI

Tufin, the leader in network security posture management, today announced the promotion of Dan Hatch to Senior Vice President of Global Sales. In this role, Hatch will lead Tufin’s global sales organization, overseeing worldwide revenue execution and driving scalable growth across the company.

Hatch brings more than a decade of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, implementing disciplined, metrics-driven sales motions, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. Since joining Tufin, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s go-to-market strategy, including leading the successful transition of Tufin’s customer base from perpetual licensing to a subscription-based model.

Under Dan’s leadership, Tufin’s sales team has successfully incorporated advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to better understand customer environments, identify risk exposures, and deliver more targeted, value-based conversations.

“Dan has already been instrumental in strengthening our revenue engine and positioning Tufin for long-term growth,” said Raymond Brancato, Chief Executive Officer of Tufin. “As AI reshapes how enterprises secure and operate their networks, his leadership will be critical in accelerating the adoption of TufinAI and driving continued customer success. Dan’s ability to combine executional rigor with forward-looking innovation makes him the right leader for Tufin’s next phase.”

In his expanded role, Hatch will have responsibility for global new logo sales, including account management, and AKIPS sales, aligning leadership across Tufin’s full revenue lifecycle. In his prior role at Tufin, Hatch drove both excellent customer retention and the company’s strongest expansion to date, in fiscal year 2025.

Prior to Tufin, Hatch held senior sales leadership roles at Gryphon.ai, where he led global sales efforts; SmashFly, where he ran inside sales before its acquisition by Symphony Talent; and Turbonomic, where he helped scale the sales organization during a period of rapid growth before the company’s acquisition by IBM for more than $2 billion. Hatch holds a double Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from Lasell University.

“I’m excited to take on this role and continue building on the momentum we’ve created at Tufin,” added Hatch. “We have a strong team, a clear strategy, industry-leading technology – and a significant opportunity ahead of us. I look forward to working closely with our global sales organization to drive growth, while helping customers take advantage of our Unified Control Plane and TufinAI-powered solutions to manage their security posture efficiently and effectively.”
