New report on Hyper-Intelligent Automation highlights Amelia’s market leadership.
Amelia, the largest independent leader in enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI), announced today that it has been recognized as a Leader in Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA) and IT Automation categories in the latest Zinnov Zones for Hyper-Intelligent Automation (HIA) – H1 2021 ratings.
The evaluation of IVAs was based on key parameters such as channels supported, deployment, intelligent capabilities, and use case coverage.
