Weave’s integration with athenaOne connects practice operations and patient engagement ecosystems for a better patient experience

The newly integrated application helps athenahealth’s growing network of healthcare providers connect practice operations and patient engagement.
The Weave and athenahealth integration addresses the most common revenue leaks and workflow bottlenecks in medical practice management by:
- Pursuing revenue from every missed call. When a patient call goes unanswered or to voicemail, Weave automatically sends a follow-up text so the conversation continues.
- Reducing no-shows before they happen. Weave’s Automated Reminders send appointment confirmations and reminders via text and email without staff lifting a finger.
- Giving the front desk back valuable time. Two-Way Messaging lets staff send and receive texts directly from the practice’s business number, handling questions, confirmations, and follow-ups at a scale not available via phone calls alone.
- Collecting payments faster and with less friction. Integrated payments give patients multiple ways to pay (text-to-pay links, card on file, buy-now-pay-later, and in-office terminals), all connected to athenaOne billing records.
