Leading the company’s engineering arm, Raj Gupta will be responsible for scaling Cogito’s technology and product vision
Cogito, the leader in AI Coaching Systems for the enterprise, today announced the appointment of its new Chief Engineering Officer, Raj Gupta. With 25+ years of experience leading product strategy, innovation and global software development across both startups and large enterprises, Gupta is set to accelerate Cogito’s engineering development, operations, and innovation as part of the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

Joining Cogito from Vera Security, Gupta served as the Chief Development Officer of the cloud-based Digital Rights Management software company, fueling critical company growth and positioning them for a successful acquisition by HelpSystems. Gupta has also held executive leadership and management positions at NICE, and Oracle Corporation. As Cogito’s Chief Engineering Officer, Gupta will oversee the creation of complex enterprise technology solutions at scale.
