With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology and a track record of scaling SaaS platforms, Vivek brings deep expertise in innovation, security, and operational leadership to his new role.

At Alleva, Narayanaswamy will oversee the continued development of the company’s entire product suite, with a sharp focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
- Continuing strengthening infrastructure security with CNAPP solutions, such as Microsoft Defender for Cloud, while ensuring the highest standards of HIPAA compliance for data privacy and protection.
- Driving innovation in AI and machine learning to improve documentation, automate workflows, and support predictive analytics for clinicians;
- Expanding data and analytics capabilities to equip behavioral health providers with real-time insights for clinical and operational decision-making.
Vivek joins Alleva after leading flagship health tech initiatives at top companies. At NextGen Healthcare, he led the company’s core EHR product and oversaw PatientPortal, which serves more than 50 million users. He later spearheaded large-scale technology transformations at Experian Health, modernizing infrastructure and aligning technology with long-term business goals.
