Analytics Company Cotiviti Rated at Elite CMMI Level 3

Rating demonstrates leading healthcare data analytics company’s commitment to process excellence

The IT Infrastructure Service Delivery and Transformation team atCotiviti, a leader in data-driven healthcare solutions, has been rated at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® (CMMI Services V2.0). The appraisal was performed by ATKOTT, Inc. Achievement of this maturity level places Cotiviti in an elite group of organizations that have been found to have met the CMMI model’s standards of efficient and effective delivery of quality service offerings that meet market and customer needs.

CMMI’s model is an integrated set of best practices adopted by many Fortune 500 companies that effectively guides organizations through several process improvements. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. This means processes are well characterized and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.
