Healthcare technology executive joins an expanding leadership team to accelerate commercial growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and support the company’s next phase of innovation.

Aptarro, a healthcare technology company pioneering reimbursement intelligence, today announced the appointment of Paul Wiley as Chief Growth Officer. Wiley will lead the company’s commercial organization, including sales, partnerships, and customer success, as Aptarro continues to scale its go-to-market engine behind a growing portfolio of denial prevention and reimbursement intelligence solutions.

Wiley’s appointment comes at an inflection point for the company. Denials remain one of the most persistent and costly problems in healthcare. Aptarro is addressing the problem with a fundamentally different approach: an intelligence model that gets smarter with every claim and every denial processed. Wiley will translate that data advantage into commercial growth, expanding Aptarro’s direct, channel, and strategic partnership motion across the healthcare ecosystem.

Wiley brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience spanning healthcare technology, enterprise software, AI, and travel technology. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Avodah. Previously, he founded Opargo, an AI-powered healthcare scheduling company that applied predictive revenue management principles from the airline industry to healthcare, before its acquisition by Veradigm. Earlier in his career, Wiley held senior leadership roles across commercial strategy, product innovation, and commercial growth.

“I’m excited to join Aptarro at such a pivotal point in its journey,” said Paul Wiley. “The industry has spent decades managing denials after the fact. Aptarro has the reimbursement expertise, the data network, and the vision to prevent denials in the first place, and deliver that intelligence wherever providers and their technology partners need it. I look forward to helping healthcare organizations navigate reimbursement with greater intelligence and confidence.”

“As reimbursement continues to grow more dynamic, healthcare organizations need technology that evolves alongside it. We’re building the leadership team to support that mission,” said Jeff Diamond, Chief Executive Officer of Aptarro. “Paul’s experience will be instrumental as we continue expanding our platform and defining the future of reimbursement intelligence.”

Wiley’s appointment marks another step in Aptarro’s long-term strategy: evolving from trusted revenue cycle software into a reimbursement intelligence platform whose insights can be embedded across the healthcare ecosystem—in Aptarro’s own products, partners’ workflows, and the emerging generation of agentic and AI-driven revenue cycle tools. As the company continues to innovate alongside providers and technology partners, Aptarro remains focused on helping organizations navigate reimbursement complexity with greater confidence, precision, and foresight.
