Armedia announced that it has achieved Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorization for the ArkCase platform. Leveraging embedded analytics from Pentaho Data Integration and Pentaho Business Analytics, ArkCase automates workflows to help government agencies boost efficiency and accelerate case management for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Legal and Investigative Case Management and other solutions.

The addition of ingrained FedRAMP authorization makes ArkCase a compelling solution for government agencies in the United States. With its integrated Pentaho Data Integration and Pentaho Business Analytics capabilities, ArkCase makes it easy to generate the set of 32 detailed reports that agencies need to submit to the Department of Justice each year. It also provides predictive analytics to enable agencies to forecast how many FOIA requests they are likely to receive on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis – helping them allocate labor and resources appropriately.
