Atera – the pioneering Agentic AI IT management platform – is pleased to announce the appointment of Avi Israel as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Avi brings over 15 years of experience in building, managing, and leading finance teams, as well as guiding the growth and IPO processes of leading technology companies, including Ermetic and Similarweb. Previously, Avi served as VP of Finance and Information Systems at Similarweb, where he led the company’s IPO on the NYSE.
Avi’s appointment marks another significant milestone in Atera’s growth to continue its momentum as the leading provider of Agentic AI for IT.
At the same time, Lior Torem, who has successfully established and led Atera’s finance department over the past four years, is stepping down as CFO and joining Atera’s Advisory Board. Lior has played a crucial role in strengthening Atera’s financial foundations, and the company sincerely thanks him for his invaluable contributions, wishing him continued success in his future endeavors.
