Brook.ai Wins 2025 Silver Stevie Award for Tech Excellence

Brook.ai, a leader in remote care, empowering providers and patients through innovative remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM), has been named a Company of the Year in Healthcare Technology with a Silver Stevie® Award.

The Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence recognize the remarkable achievements of individuals, teams, and organizations that are shaping the future of technology across all industry sectors.

Winners of the awards, named the Stevies from the Greek word meaning “crowned,” will be recognized during a gala awards event on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.

The award recognizes Brook.ai’s work to empower patients through intelligent technology while helping providers deliver more coordinated, efficient care. The platform supports thousands of new patients each month and helps providers hit quality targets, reduce staff workload, and keep patients healthier at home.

The impact of Brook’s growth is reaching patients and providers across the care continuum:

  • 50% reduction in all-cause readmissions at a hospital partner after implementation of remote care upon discharge for Chronic Heart Failure (CHF) patients.
  • 12% drop in percentage of uncontrolled hypertension by week 12 on the program.
  • 24% drop in A1c for patients starting ≥ 9.

In addition, data show that 43% of people who sign up for Brook+ Diabetes Prevention Program lose at least 5% of their initial body weight, with an average weight loss of 11%. These kinds of results are why a steadily growing footprint— currently including 19 clinics and four hospital systems— rely on Brook to support their patients, and why the company has been recognized by its peers and Stevie.

“To be named a top health tech company is enormously gratifying,” said Oren Nissim, CEO and Co-Founder of Brook. “It’s recognition of how we make it possible for patients and providers to collaborate on care in unprecedented ways. Our platform bridges the gap between technology and human care delivery, empowering providers and ensuring patients receive timely care, as well as the knowledge and tools to manage their own health.”

More than 160 professionals worldwide chose this year’s winners from among more than 1,500 nominations from organizations in 36 nations and territories.

“We’re proud to honor the 2025 Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence winners for their remarkable achievements,” said Stevie Awards President Maggie Miller. “We look forward to celebrating their innovation and impact at the awards ceremony on September 16.”
