Christy Winter joins Cantata, bringing deep expertise in technology and behavioral health to lead product strategy in clinical practice and the delivery of technology solutions for the health and human services market
Cantata Health Solutions, a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions for behavioral health and human services providers, announced that Christy Winter has joined the company as Vice President of Product Management. This addition to the leadership team underscores Cantata’s commitment to delivering a modern electronic health record (EHR) alternative to outdated technology as it scales to serve an expanding roster of clients.
Winter brings over a decade of experience in behavioral health and social services, combined with more than 12 years in product management. She started her career in a variety of clinical and leadership roles with behavioral health providers, including 10 years at Families First in Atlanta, where she led the Continuous Quality Improvement and Practice-Based Research department. Since 2013, Winter has directed product strategy at both established EHR providers and an AI-driven documentation company, focusing on innovative solutions to support clinical and operational needs.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emory University and a master’s in social work from Georgia State University. She is a licensed Master Level Social Worker (LMSW), and her background includes work on ambient listening products and intelligent intake solutions.
