Clariti Expands Leadership Bench to Drive Next Phase of Growth

To help accelerate growth objectives and meet rising customer demand, Clariti Software, a leading provider of community development software solutions for government, today announced the addition of four seasoned executives to its leadership team. The strategic hires will play pivotal roles in helping support Clariti’s business strategy, sales momentum, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

John Plunkett Appointed as Executive Vice President of Finance

Clariti welcomes John Plunkett as the new EVP of Finance. John brings over 17 years of broad financial management experience that includes strategic financial planning, M&A, business integrations, controllership, and corporate finance. He spent the last 12 years working in publicly traded companies, including as CFO of two companies in the health technology space, and working in audit practices at KPMG LLP and Ernst & Young. At Clariti, John will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, driving fiscal discipline, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Claytie Mistry (Moorman) Named Executive Vice President of Customer Experience

Claytie Mistry (Moorman) has joined Clariti as EVP of Customer Experience. Claytie is an enterprise software executive with more than 15 years of experience fostering customer-first cultures, customer outcomes, and strategic solutions for Global 2000 organizations. She has a proven track record of building and managing high-performance sales and delivery teams, and driving customer value and revenue growth. Prior to Clariti, Claytie led SAP’s Customer Experience business in North America and has held leadership roles across sales and delivery at Varicent, with a successful exit to IBM, Blueprint, and Botify. At Clariti, Claytie will lead Customer Success, Professional Services, Partnerships and Technical Support.

Aman Bhalla has joined Clariti as Vice President of Product & Design. Aman brings over two decades of experience at technology companies, leading product and design teams to deliver business value and create products customers love. His experience spans building and launching SaaS, API, B2B, B2C, and mobile solutions across MarTech, HealthTech, PropTech, and Enterprise IT markets. Aman excels in taking new products from 0 to 1, scaling businesses, and accelerating growth through market expansion and innovation. He has held product leadership positions at Unbounce, Marble, and Blueprint. At Clariti, Aman will spearhead the company’s product and design strategy, focusing on expanding the capabilities of Clariti’s product suite and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of the market.

Herman Chan Hired as Vice President of Software Engineering

Herman Chan joins Clariti as Vice President of Software Engineering, bringing more than seven years of experience in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, software development and product management. He has extensive experience defining and executing the technical vision, strategy and product roadmap for innovative companies, as well as ensuring system performance, reliability, and scalability of cloud-based platforms. Most recently, Herman led the engineering, support and innovation teams at Influitive. At Clariti, Herman will lead product engineering, focusing on expanding Clariti’s product capabilities and ensuring our technology best supports Clariti’s growing customer base.
