CUJO AI Names Kyle Johnson as Chief Customer Officer

CUJO AI, the global leader in AI-powered cybersecurity and device intelligence solutions for network service providers (NSPs), is proud to announce the appointment of Kyle Johnson as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). With over two decades of experience in broadband product innovation and customer-focused technology leadership, Johnson will spearhead CUJO AI’s customer success, product delivery, and strategic growth with service providers worldwide.

Prior to joining CUJO AI, Johnson held executive roles in Product Management and Engineering at Charter Communications, most recently leading a 450-member engineering team and overseeing the launch of major residential technologies, including cloud-managed Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, and device identification services. He led the development and deployment of next-gen technologies—including modern Wi-Fi (up to Wi-Fi 7)—that improved connectivity and user experience across Charter’s footprint of more than 30 million subscribers.

“The appointment of Kyle Johhnson continues a trend that sets us apart: bringing in leaders who’ve lived the operator reality,” said Remko Vos, CEO of CUJO AI. “As a former customer, Kyle offers hard-earned insight into building world-class broadband experiences. It’s a clear step up for our team — and a strong signal of our momentum as we deepen value for existing customers and expand globally”

Johnson has also held key roles at Guavus, Sandvine, IBBS, and Cisco, contributing to the early deployment of DOCSIS 3.0, big data platforms, and end-to-end broadband support systems. His experience supporting over 220 cable operators and designing customer-centric broadband solutions for Tier 1 service providers will further enhance CUJO AI’s mission to make internet connectivity safer and more intelligent for everyone.

“Today’s service providers are navigating rising customer expectations, shifting business models, and the need to deliver more value without adding complexity,” said Johnson. “What excites me about CUJO AI is how we help operators transform their existing network assets into intelligent services that drive growth, loyalty, and better experience. I’m looking forward to partnering with our customers to bring this vision to life.”

As Chief Customer Officer, Johnson will lead cross-functional efforts to strengthen relationships with NSP customers, ensure seamless product implementation, and drive long-term customer success.

CUJO AI’s solutions are currently deployed by 16 leading network service providers across North America and Europe, protecting over 60 million households and monitoring over 3 billion connected devices. These deployments include partnerships with some of the largest broadband operators in the world, reflecting CUJO AI’s trusted reputation and industry-leading expertise.
