D4DT, a data transformation software company and certified minority business, has acquired xtLytics, a health and life insurance data analytics company out of Jericho, NY. xtLytics offers a data management platform, robotic process automation, and applications that enable business leaders to get transformational insights and automate tasks. Alongside the acquisition, D4DT has announced their new product, D4Express, a data management tool designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses leveraging xtLytics platform.

Deepak Mittal, Founder and CEO of xtLytics, will join D4DT as a Chief Technology Officer and member of their Board of Directors. He states, “D4DT has proven themselves as an innovative leader, and with the power of xtLytics technology they will be able to provide superior predictive analytics, data analysis, AI, and RPA to their customers.” Chris Ishii, President and CEO of D4DT, agrees: “with xtLytics’ data management platform, our customers will receive best-in-class technology. Combined with D4DT’s industry experts, we can be a technology ally: helping businesses understand their data and leading them to make strong business decisions based on those results.”

D4DT has also selected Zaid Duwayri, formerly of Blue Yonder and Capgemini, to lead business operations as Chief Operating Officer.
