Database Tools Provider Vendita Commences Seed Funding Round

After years of internal funding to the tune of $7 million dollars, the Tampa Bay technology firm Vendita Technology now seeks outside funding to help further develop their offering, Master Automation Solution, MAS.

Vendita is hoping to acquire an investment of 3 million dollars that will be divided amongst development, marketing and operations in order to take the MAS product to the next level.

“We’ve already gained traction in the marketplace and have the support of organizations ranging from Oracle to government officials at the federal level,” said Vendita CEO and Founder Doug Sullinger. “This raise is really to help us accelerate the further development of the product and take it to a level that far surpasses what we would be able to attain on our own at the present time.”

Sullinger went on to say that following the initial seed round, that Vendita will look towards beginning a Series A capital raise to continue to build on their momentum and gain even more traction.

Vendita provides the next generation of database tools to its customers, built using the latest platforms and technologies, in order to enable customers to abandon archaic, insecure tools of yesterday, and maximize the benefit of their investment in employees and technology. We manage the databases that manage your data no matter where it resides, on premise, cloud or hybrid.
