New leadership will drive revenue growth and expand strategic partnerships – Scaling revenue and partnerships to support continued success
ElastiFlow, a leader in network observability and security solutions, today announced the appointment of Eric Fischer as Interim Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to accelerate revenue growth and operational scale as the company continues to expand. Fischer brings a track record of transforming revenue operations, having played a pivotal role in scaling companies including Dynatrace, Turbonomic, and BitSight.
As ElastiFlow continues its trend of triple digit growth, Fischer will oversee revenue generation, sales, and go-to-market strategies while the company actively searches for a permanent CRO to support long-term global expansion.
Additionally, Vivien Fang joins ElastiFlow as a Vice President of Strategic Alliances, further strengthening the company’s partnership ecosystem and alliances. With more than a decade of experience in GTM strategies, cloud solutions, and global sales partnerships at Cisco and AppDynamics, Fang will play a key role in accelerating ElastiFlow’s partner strategy and market reach.
Scaling for the Future with Proven Leadership
Fischer’s appointment signals ElastiFlow’s commitment to strategic scaling and market leadership. With a data-driven approach to revenue operations, he has consistently transformed companies, including:
- Dynatrace: Led global sales, growing revenue from $3M to $330M, and positioning the company for its acquisition by Thoma Bravo.
- Turbonomic (acquired by IBM): Scaled revenue from $30M to $70M by optimizing sales and GTM execution.
- BitSight: Expanded revenue from $25M to $84M, contributing to the establishment of the cyber security risk ratings market.
“I am passionate about building high-performing teams that bring emerging technologies to market and drive revenue growth,” said Eric Fischer, Interim CRO of ElastiFlow. “ElastiFlow is at an exciting inflection point, and I am so confident about the opportunity to help this team scale operations, boost our go-to-market approach, and deliver a great solution to enterprise customers, as we search for a long-term CRO.”
Strengthening Partnerships with Industry Experts
As part of its ongoing maturity and expansion, ElastiFlow is investing in strategic partnerships to enhance its ecosystem and customer value. Vivien Fang brings extensive expertise in global GTM strategies and partner alliances, having led Cisco’s Full Stack Observability solutions and Splunk integration acceleration. Her leadership will drive stronger collaborations, partner-driven growth, and greater market reach.
Continued Investment in Leadership & Long-Term Growth
As ElastiFlow rapidly scales, the company is actively seeking a permanent CRO to drive sustained expansion and revenue growth.
“We remain committed to building a world-class organization that can achieve both product innovation and business success. That starts with assembling a world-class leadership team,” said Rob Cowart, CEO of ElastiFlow. “Eric’s expertise in scaling companies and optimizing revenue operations will be invaluable during this phase. At the same time, our search for a full-time CRO underscores our commitment to long-term strategic growth.”
