Former Cisco VP Joins Datakrypto to Drive Confidential AI Adoption

Paolo Campoli Named Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer; Will Lead Global Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Growth To Meet Escalating Demand for Confidential AI Infrastructure

Datakrypto, an emerging leader in Confidential AI and encrypted AI infrastructure, today announced that Paolo Campoli, former Vice President at Cisco, has joined the company as SVP and Chief Growth Officer. In this role, Campoli will accelerate global enterprise adoption of Confidential AI solutions by expanding strategic ecosystem partnerships, aligning with AI platform providers, and driving go-to-market initiatives across regulated industries and global infrastructure operators.

Campoli brings more than three decades of leadership across Service Providers , Cloud, and Enterprise digital infrastructure. As SVP and Chief Growth Officer, he will lead DataKrypto’s global growth strategy, focusing on scaling enterprise-grade Confidential AI deployments across regulated industries through collaboration with AI platform providers, Cyber Security and OEM Partners, Systems Integrators, and Managed Service Providers.

“The market is realizing that without confidentiality, AI is not enterprise-ready,” said Ravi Srivatsav, CEO of Datakrypto. “Paolo’s technical roots, deep ecosystem and go-to-market expertise are the perfect match for our mission: building the foundational encryption layer for the AI-native enterprise – redefining AI’s security foundation through encrypted computation, secure cross-hardware runtime execution, and verifiable, regulator-ready confidential AI.”

A former Cisco executive, Campoli served as the company’s Global Head of the Service Provider Segment, where he led go-to-market strategy and supported large-scale transformation initiatives with carriers, hyperscalers, and cloud providers worldwide. He also held roles including CTO of the Service Provider Segment in EMEAR, helping shape next-generation network architecture and innovation strategies. His experience leading global infrastructure and ecosystem strategy positions him to help DataKrypto scale Confidential AI from innovation to enterprise-critical infrastructure.

“AI is reaching an inflection point where innovation must be matched with uncompromising confidentiality,” said Luigi Caramico, Founder and CTO of Datakrypto. “Paolo brings tremendous experience scaling global technology ecosystems, and his leadership will be instrumental as DataKrypto expands Confidential AI adoption and helps enterprises deploy AI securely at scale.”

“Enterprise AI adoption is being slowed by data security concerns,” said Campoli. “Throughout my career, I’ve seen how ecosystem players collaborate to bring transformative technologies to market. AI will be no different.. I joined DataKrypto because this is addressing the elephant in the room with AI: running encrypted data in encrypted models, protecting user information, model IP and creating the foundation for Sovereign AI. The initial response from Enterprises, MSSPs and Partners has been amazing.   Confidential AI gives enterprises the platform to innovate without compromising their most sensitive data.”

Campoli holds a Doctorate in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Milan and has advised global technology providers and infrastructure operators on secure digital transformation initiatives.

DataKrypto and Campoli will be attending the RSA Conference (RSAC) 2026, taking place March 22–26 in San Francisco. The company welcomes meetings with enterprise leaders, ecosystem partners, and media interested in advancing secure AI adoption.

Datakrypto

DataKrypto provides the cryptographic fabric for Confidential AI. Its flagship product, FHEnom for AI™, eliminates the gaps in protection found in today’s AI systems, where companies’ most valuable assets — models, data, and inference outputs — are exposed as cleartext during processing. The solution keeps models, prompts, and GPU memory continuously encrypted throughout training and inference, ensuring that computation runs directly on ciphertext. With DataKrypto, encryption isn’t a layer added around AI — it’s a continuous property of the architecture itself. More information is available at datakryto.ai.
