Graphcore extends North America sales presence with new partners

  • Applied Data Systems, Images et Technologie, and Trace3 join Graphcore Global Partner Program
  • Existing partners 2CRSi, Boston and BIOS IT extend Graphcore relationship to North America
  • Dell Technologies OEM Solutions deepens long-standing relationship between Graphcore and Dell

Graphcore is pleased to announce the addition of multiple new channel partners in North America, extending the company’s sales presence across the continent and deepening its commitment to customers.

The companies, which serve both the United States and Canada, will offer advanced AI compute systems for datacentres, based around Graphcore’s Intelligence Processing Unit (IPU), IPU-M2000 AI blade, and IPU-POD scale-out solution.

Joining Graphcore’s Global Partner Program are:

Applied Data Systems – a leading supplier and integrator of High Performance Computing systems across government national labs, higher educational research facilities, life science and genomics, media and entertainment, and oil and gas.

Images et Technologie – bringing over 26 years of experience, supplying IT solutions to customers throughout Canada. Images et Technologie customers span a broad range of High-performance Computing industries from architecture, gaming, M&E to artificial intelligence. Building innovative computing platforms to solve the world’s biggest challenges.

Trace3 – from consultation to integration, Trace3 has been delivering strategies and systems for more than two decades, with expertise across cloud, security, infrastructure, AI and more.

Also being added to the growing roster of North American channel partners are 2CRSi, BIOS IT, and Boston, extending the successful work that they have already done with Graphcore in the EMEA and APAC regions.

Graphcore continues to expand its longstanding relationship with Dell Technologies. Dell Technologies Capital is an investor in Graphcore, as well as the technology supplier for the first generation of Graphcore systems. Today, Dell’s OEM Solutions Group and Graphcore are working in collaboration to help customers adopt the next generation of IPU technologies.

The new partners join existing members of the Graphcore Partner Program serving North America, Meadowgate Technologies and Wildflower International – both leading suppliers of compute systems and solutions to government and private sector, and Cirrascale Cloud Services, a cloud solution provider that also offers access to Graphcore compute via its Graphcloud service.

Welcoming the latest expansion of Graphcore’s North American partner network, Victoria Rege, Director of Strategic Partnerships & Alliances at Graphcore said: “The rapid growth of Graphcore’s North American Partner network is tremendous news for anyone interested in starting their journey with the IPU. The depth of sector-specific expertise that these new partners bring – from governmental to industrial – means that every customer can find a Graphcore solution tailored to their particular requirements.”

The continued growth in Graphcore’s North American reach, both directly and through its partners, is underpinned by the company’s crucial relationship with Tech Data, the leading global enabler of IT distribution.

“Tech Data is committed to putting the most powerful tools into the hands of innovators. In the AI revolution, Graphcore systems are proving to be one of the most exciting and compelling technologies around, and we are delighted to be playing a part in their growing international presence,” said Joseph Cousin, Vice President, GCC Americas at Tech Data.

Graphcore’s new partners offered the following comments:

“Whether it is pure AI or a wider range of HPC applications, Graphcore’s systems are increasingly seen as the must-have compute platform for any next-generations datacenter. At Applied Data Systems we expect to see demand spanning all of the industries and verticals we serve, from Government research labs to life sciences, media, and oil and gas.
