H2O.ai, the open source leader in AI and machine learning, today announced that Raman Kapur is joining the company’s leadership team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Kapur brings over 20 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, investor relations, treasury, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He will lead the company’s global finance function as well as work with the leadership team to enhance the overall business strategy.

Kapur was previously CFO at AIOps company, Moogsoft. Prior to Moogsoft, he was VP of Finance at Splunk, where he was a key member of the finance team that helped prepare the company to go public and was instrumental in scaling its business from pre-IPO to $1.8 Billion.
