In this newly created role, Duffy will leverage his experience building transformational platforms at digital industry pioneers to drive the technology vision for HealthEdge. His leadership will further HealthEdge’s position in the market as a leader in health plan digital transformation. In addition, Duffy’s experience with consumer facing and enterprise facing applications will add an increased focus on usability, customer experience, and performance.

Duffy joins HealthEdge from Drizly, an Uber Company, where he served as Chief Product and Technology Officer. During his tenure, he was instrumental in leading both product and engineering teams to new levels of innovation and efficiency, particularly following Uber’s acquisition of Drizly in 2021. His previous experience at industry giants such as Salesforce and Amazon has equipped him with a unique understanding of the complexities of technology integration and software development.
