I Squared Capital Acquires KIO Networks

I Squared Capital, a leading global infrastructure investment manager, has completed the acquisition of KIO Networks, Mexico’s largest data center operator and a leading digital infrastructure service provider. The company has a strong regional presence with assets in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean through an extensive network of data centers with over 20 megawatts of installed operational capacity and significant expansion potential.
