iQmetrix Ranks Among Canada’s Top 100 SME Employers for 2022

iQmetrix, North America’s leading provider of telecom retail management software, has today been recognized as one of Canada’s Top 100 Small and Medium Enterprise Employers for 2022 in the annual editorial competition announced in the Globe & Mail.

Now in its 22nd year, Canada’s Top Employers is a national awards program that recognizes employers that lead their industries and offer exceptional workplaces for employees. Employers across the country are evaluated by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers using eight criteria, which have remained consistent since the project’s inception:

  • Work atmosphere and social
  • Health, financial, and family benefits
  • Vacation and time off
  • Employee communications
  • Performance management
  • Training and skills development
  • Community involvement

Employers are compared to other organizations in their field to determine which offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs. Companies of any size may apply to the overall awards program. The Canada’s Top 100 SME Employers program, now in its ninth year, examines the overall entries and highlights the achievements of commercial, for-profit companies with fewer than 500 employees.

In addition to this latest accolade, iQmetrix was also named one of BC’s Top 50 Employers for 2022 (all company sizes) in the same awards program in February.
