KODE Labs, an innovative leader in autonomous smart building technology has hired Ben Dwyer, an expert in cloud solutions for the built environment, as Senior Vice President of Sales. This strategic appointment comes on the heels of several significant new client wins for KODE Labs including the TJX Companies, Inc. and U.S. General Services Administration.
KODE Labs specializes in transforming real estate management and experience through its innovative, data-centric operating system, KODE OS. This smart building platform leverages a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model to optimize building performance, integrating data from building management systems, IoT, and operational systems into a unified, cloud-based solution.

In his new role, Dwyer will lead all aspects of KODE Labs’ sales strategy operations, with a focus on driving the company’s growth and expansion into new markets throughout North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. His responsibilities include nurturing strong relationships with clients and partners to drive their long-term success, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and identifying strategic growth opportunities. He will work closely with the executive, product, finance, and marketing teams to align customer needs with sales efforts and product development, ensuring KODE Labs continues to grow and gain market share globally.
Dwyer previously served as VP and Head of Digital Business at Siemens Smart Infrastructure, where he led the organization that delivers digital solutions, services, and software for the built environment. Prior to his position at Siemens, Dwyer was the Head of Global Strategic Accounts, Western Region at WeWork, where he successfully developed and executed go-to-market strategies and oversaw transactions across multiple industries, including technology, finance, healthcare, and retail.
