Swathi Kulkarni, Managing Director, India, and Tom Halliday, Chief Commercial Officer bring decades of global, healthcare and life sciences technology experience, strengthening Konovo’s ability to scale internationally and advance its mission to innovate life sciences market research

Konovo, a technology-first healthcare intelligence company, announced today that it has expanded its executive leadership team with the appointment of two healthcare technology industry veterans, Swathi Kulkarni, Managing Director, India and Tom HallidayChief Commercial Officer (CCO). With unprecedented demands upon life science organizations to do more with less, these appointments will accelerate the expansion of Konovo’s AI-native intelligent technology platform to meet the needs of all geographies – a platform that connects fragmented data and delivers deep insights to transform life science market research.

Swathi Kulkarni brings over 20 years of experience building pioneering health tech companies and scaling them globally. Prior to joining Konovo, she was the CEO and co-founder of Elda Health, a full-stack digital wellness platform. She has also held executive leadership roles at Nua, a personal care product manufacturer; Inksedge, an events and communications company; and Komli Media, India’s leading digital marketing platform. Most recently she served as head of health management at Aditya Birla Health Insurance, where her team’s health platform integrated real-world data from wearables and lifestyle patterns into holistic health outcomes.

In her role, Kulkarni will lead Konovo’s India Innovation Hub, including strategy, P&L, growth delivery, talent, and culture, and work to maximize the role that India plays in Konovo’s success.

Tom Halliday, joining Konovo as Chief Commercial Officer, brings more than 20 years of experience across the life sciences ecosystem, spanning both client-side and agency leadership roles. Most recently, he served as strategic intelligence general manager at Norstella, a group of prominent pharmaceutical solutions providers, where he led the strategy and development of the Strategic Intelligence business unit. His prior roles include chief commercial officer and head of Real-World Data (RWD) at Clarivate Life Sciences, a global provider of transformative intelligence, as well as multiple global leadership positions in Strategic Analytics and Competitive Intelligence at Roche, a global pioneer in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics.

As CCO, Halliday will leverage his extensive life sciences expertise to strengthen Konovo’s senior-level partnerships and expand relationships across the global market research ecosystem.

”Swathi and Tom are proven transformation agents whose deep life science technology expertise and relationships will help us introduce innovations to address longstanding market research industry challenges,“ said Tal Rosenberg, CEO of Konovo. “With their strategic skills on our leadership team, Konovo can accelerate the expansion of our intelligent platform and help more healthcare and life science organizations worldwide to gain faster, more actionable insights that deliver value throughout their operations.”
