Loyal Appoints Lauren Struck as Chief People Officer

As the company expands and hires across functions, Lauren will lead the strategic direction of employee growth and culture

Loyal, a healthcare technology company dedicated to enabling a healthier life for all, announced today it has named Lauren Struck as Loyal’s first ever Chief People Officer. As the company continues to grow, Struck will build a strategic People Operations infrastructure that supports positive and effective communication, provides clear pathways for employee growth and professional development, and continues to build upon and strengthen the company culture and employee experience.

“Loyal is in an exciting growth period, which means we’re continuing to hire and strategically strengthen certain areas of our business. Bringing in Lauren to create an environment where we support and build our people is critical as we enter this next phase of our business,” said Loyal CEO Chad Mallory. “I’m confident that her drive to evolve our values and mission will ensure employees have the proper tools and resources they need to be their best selves.”

Struck brings 20 years of experience to Loyal, most recently serving as Chief People Officer for BioDigital, an interactive 3D software platform for visualizing anatomy, disease, and treatment. In this role, Struck implemented a comprehensive performance management system, delivered professional development programming, and streamlined internal communications resulting in higher employee engagement and retention. Prior to BioDigital, Struck served as Director of Product for Dow Jones, Director of Business Operations for Inkling, and earlier in her career held an Associate role at Oliver Wyman.

“I’m honored to join a company that is both a strong cultural fit for me and well aligned with my passion to empower patients with the information and tools they need to get the best care possible,” said Struck. “Loyal has already established a strong vision and team culture and I’m excited to build on this foundation to support talent and cultivate growth as the company expands to deliver on its mission to enable healthier lives.”

Struck holds an MBA and an MA Education from Stanford University, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington.
