(“LifeSpeak” or the “Company”) today announced that it has filed a preliminary prospectus (the “Preliminary Prospectus”) with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada in connection with the proposed initial public offering and secondary offering of common shares of the Company. The price of the common shares to be sold has not yet been determined.
The offering will be made through a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Scotiabank, as joint bookrunners.
The Preliminary Prospectus contains important information relating to LifeSpeak, the common shares and the offering and is still subject to completion or amendment.
