SYSPRO, a global provider of ERP software, today announced that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named both Michelle Hughes, PartnerUP Program Manager, and Megan Kirby, Strategic Partner Manager, to its Women of the Channel list for 2022. This esteemed list honors the incredible accomplishments of female leaders in the IT channel. Those named on this annual list come from all corners of the IT channel — including vendors, distributors, and solution providers whose vision, expertise, and contributions make an impact on the industry every day.
Michelle Hughes has spent more than 25 years with SYSPRO, where she now manages the SYSPRO U.S. PartnerUP Program. Hughes was instrumental in co-leading the creation and execution of an upskilling program and managed the launch of the U.S. region PartnerUP portal.
Megan Kirby is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with strategic channel partners while also developing strategies to expand SYSPRO’s market share and brand through its partnerships. In this role, she engages with partner executives to develop strategic growth plans and recruits new partners into the SYSPRO Channel. Within the past year, Kirby recruited three major new channel partners, advised partners on mergers and acquisitions to help them gain the scale they needed to remain competitive, and restructured and consolidated the channel to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
“We are proud to once again recognize the remarkable leaders on this year’s Women of the Channel list. Their influence, confidence, and diligence continue to accelerate channel success significantly,” said Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company. “Their accomplishments will inspire others, and we look forward to witnessing their future contributions to the channel.”
“SYSPRO is a partner-centric business and we pride ourselves in the relationships we build with our channel partners. We understand that their success is our success, and jointly we deliver value-added ERP solutions to our manufacturing and distribution customers. Our channel PartnerUP program has been designed to create sustainable business growth for our thriving partner community while enabling ease of doing business with us,” said Sandra Fraga, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at SYSPRO. “Michelle and Megan exemplify what it means to have commitment to partner success. We’re honored that CRN has recognized their incredible efforts and achievements.”
