ML-driven Spend Management Leader Quovant Accelerates Growth

Quovant, the leader in legal spend management technology solutions and trusted advisor to Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies on strategic legal spend management, today welcomes three accomplished operations leaders to expand Quovant’s solutions capabilities in response to accelerating market demand. Kenneth Kaley, VP of Operations will oversee Quovant’s Data Services, Compliance, and Implementation teams; Cindy Layne and Mene Jividen, Directors of Operations, will be responsible for the Data Services and Compliance teams reporting to Kaley. The notable triple hire comes on the heels of yet another big hire in June when the company welcomed Chris Iconos as Chief Revenue Officer, highlighting the company’s exceptional expansion.

Quovant’s technology and services solutions help legal departments make strategic legal spend management decisions. The Data Services, Compliance, and Implementation teams which Kaley, Layne and Jividen oversee, leverage machine learning, business intelligence, and human capital across the legal bill lifecycle to optimize department professionals’ time spent on matter management, eBilling, invoice review, and vendor management while also measuring performance and providing analytics on law firm compliance and other benchmarking.

The caliber and growth across Quovant’s leadership signifies the company’s dedication to operational excellence and client success. Before joining Quovant, Kaley was the Director of Service Operations for healthcare giant, Cigna, with a demonstrable track record of success in creating operational efficiencies, focused on automation of processes and tech enablement of skilled teams. Layne also hails from Cigna, a Senior Advisor for Third-Party Management, ensuring compliance and creating data analytics that optimized supplier performance.

Kaley comments: “I am thrilled to be joining Quovant during this time of exceptional growth to meet accelerating client demand. Driving operational efficiency and scale through people, process, and technology is what we will excel at doing. I couldn’t be more excited to be doing that while working with our clients across a significant portion of the world’s leading companies.”

Layne says: “This is an exciting time to be part of Quovant’s rapid expansion. I have always had a passion for the legal field as a paralegal. Combined with my passion for analytics, I look forward to driving efficiencies to our processes and their resulting value to our clients. As so much change is transpiring in our industry, I look forward to helping legal departments access the information they need to move forward strategically.”

Jividen adds: “Quovant always has the clients in mind first. The dynamic growth Quovant is experiencing now is only the start of what we are anticipating in the near future. I am honored to be part of the team that is creating the process excellence we need to achieve not only our company goals but how our own operational excellence serves our clients’ best interests.”

Bill Horne, CEO of Quovant, comments: “Quovant serves a significant portion of the Fortune 500 today to rave reviews from our clients, but we are constantly pushing the envelope to evolve as a company. I am delighted to have professionals like Ken, Cindy and Mene leading the charge for our Operations team as we continue to innovate and expand upon the value that we are driving for many of the world’s most respected companies.”
