ModMed to Preview EMA® 6.0 & a Version of Practice Management

Interactive live event will bring together forward-thinking healthcare providers to experience the latest software innovations for increased efficiency and productivity

Healthcare technology leader ModMed® today announced that the latest versions of the company’s specialty-specific electronic health record (EHR) solution, EMA® 6.0, and Practice Management (PM) will be on display at the eighth annual MOMENTUM 2021 users conference taking place in Orlando, Florida, November 19 – 21, 2021. Live and in-person this year, the conference will bring together over 1,000 healthcare providers and their staff, the team from ModMed, and other industry partners for a weekend of networking opportunities and customer-led conversations. The conference is aimed at helping providers more efficiently document patient health records, improve staff communications and elevate the patient experience.

“Our innovative technology and product roadmap have always been informed by the invaluable feedback we receive from customers, much of which comes from user-led sessions and networking conversions at MOMENTUM,” said Dr. Michael Sherling, Co-founder and Chief Medical and Strategy Officer at ModMed. “We’re thrilled to be back in person for this year’s conference and look forward to the many discussions about industry trends and the ongoing evolution of the physician and patient experience that will set the stage for the future of medicine.”

The preview of ModMed’s latest technology innovations is an annual highlight of the MOMENTUM conference, and this year conference-goers will get an early look at EMA 6.0 and the latest version of Practice Management. For EMA, these updates include a newly- designed home screen, updated login security measures and workflow improvements designed to reduce clicks and save time. For PM, enhancements consist of simplified appointment scheduling, including the ability to schedule or cancel multiple appointments simultaneously, as well as financial workflow improvements.

MOMENTUM 2021 will offer a variety of educational experiences for attendees, including specialty-specific events and roundtables and the option to book one-one-one sessions to get personalized support. Attendees can also participate in interactive DesignLab sessions and collaborate with the company’s user experience (UX) team to help influence upcoming product features and shape the future of care. The conference will also feature dedicated sessions for Exscribe and Sammy and TRAKnet users, including roundtables designed to help equip customers with power-user tips for saving time and improving efficiency.

ModMed thanks event sponsors, including platinum sponsors TriZetto and Relatient, for their support in making this event possible.
