OnMed, the premier tech-enabled hybrid care company, today announced the appointment of Heyward Donigan and Ken Goulet to its Board of Directors. Goulet and Donigan bring a proven track record of healthcare transformation at scale, as organizational leaders and board members. Their experience will be invaluable to OnMed in its goal of expanding healthcare access while delivering on its mission to provide healthcare, anywhere.
Donigan is a seasoned healthcare executive with over three decades of payor experience. Most recently, she served as CEO of Rite Aid, CEO of Sapphire Digital, and CEO of Value Options. She is currently a board member, private equity strategic advisor, and investor in private healthcare companies.
“OnMed is building a new industry standard for hybrid care by creating opportunities for underserved communities to receive convenient, same-day care locally,” said Donigan. “Their focus on meeting patients where they are will be pivotal in increasing healthcare access, everywhere.”
Goulet is an investor, advisor, and board member of several emerging and growth companies. Known for his strategic acumen in the healthcare industry, Goulet has held leadership roles at Anthem Inc. and Cigna.
