RethinkFirst Strengthens Leadership Team with Four Key Hires

Addition of New CPO and Head of AI Positions Sets Strong Foundation for Use of Artificial Intelligence to Enhance Analytics and Drive Evidence-Based Protocols that Improve Clinical Outcomes

RethinkFirst, a leading global health technology company and solutions provider in behavioral health and neurodiversity, today announced four new additions to its leadership team who will be at the forefront of the company’s continued innovation. In two newly created positions, Rachel Schiff will serve as chief product officer (CPO) and Dustin Carter as head of Artificial Intelligence (AI). In addition, Sathya Natarajan joins as chief technology officer (CTO) and Corrine Taylor was named Rethink’s new general counsel.

The latest additions to Rethink’s team bring significant product, technology and legal knowledge, with decades of experience in the healthcare and tech sectors:

  • Rachel Schiff, CPO – Schiff joins Rethink as chief product officer, where she will drive the product strategy and roadmap with an emphasis on innovation and engagement. She previously served in the same role at IntelyCare, a two-sided marketplace for healthcare staffing, managing the product, design and data science teams. Earlier in her career, Schiff was vice president of Product at Virgin Pulse (now Personify Health), leading teams designing gamified, motivating programs to promote healthy behaviors and health awareness, and incorporating product offerings from multiple acquisitions onto the platform. Schiff also managed interactive, multi-device experiences for Xbox in Microsoft’s Interactive Entertainment Business and was a product manager at The MathWorks. Schiff earned a B.A. in History of Science from Harvard and an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management.
  • Sathya Natarajan, CTO – Natarajan is a seasoned technology executive with decades of experience leading large-scale digital and technological transformations within the healthcare, fintech and utility sectors, executing M&A integration, platform modernization, security and compliance initiatives. As Rethink’s CTO, Natarajan will oversee Software architecture and development, cloud operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Compliance. Natarajan previously served as CTO of Togetherwork and CIOX Health, where he spearheaded the building of HealthSource, a next-generation AI platform that automated secure, HIPAA-compliant retrieval and release of patient medical data from hospital systems. Natarajan earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University and a Master’s degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences.
  • Corrine Taylor, General Counsel – Taylor brings extensive experience leading legal departments at SaaS companies servicing the healthcare, financial services and large enterprise markets. At Rethink, she will oversee all legal matters, including corporate compliance, privacy, intellectual property, commercial contracting, and risk management. Previously, Taylor oversaw all aspects of commercial legal support for the fast-growing, private equity-based SaaS and on-premises specialty cybersecurity technology company ExtraHop Networks, Inc. Earlier, she held leadership roles at NICE Systems Inc., Mattersight Corporation and The Joint Commission, gaining extensive experience in various legal domains and providing strategic counsel to executives and boards on a wide range of complex topics, including go-to-market strategy, channel optimization, IP, pricing and packaging, data privacy and security, employment, M&A, and regulatory and healthcare accreditation compliance. Taylor earned a B.A. in Advertising from Michigan State University and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
  • Dustin Carter, Head of AI – As Rethink’s head of AI, Carter will oversee a variety of AI initiatives, including enhancing current and future products, improving internal efficiency and establishing an AI Think Tank and committees focused on use of AI, and AI ethics and safety. Previously, Carter was vice president of Product for Rethink Behavioral Health, a role he assumed when TotalABA Inc. – a leading software provider for behavioral health therapists and clinics that he co-founded and served as president of – was acquired by Rethink. Earlier, Carter spent 15 years at LeonardoMD, Inc., and subsequently assumed the position of director of Customer Relations at Azalea Health, where he managed teams responsible for implementing and supporting EHR and medical billing platforms. Carter earned a B.A. of Applied Science in Business/Information Systems at San Diego State University.
