Securonix appoints Eunice Kim as General Counsel

Veteran Legal Executive Brings More Than Two Decades of Experience in Private and Public Sector Regulatory Affairs, Ethics and Compliance to Unified Defense SIEM Leader

Securonix, Inc., a leader in Unified Defense SIEM, today announced the appointment of Eunice Kim as general counsel. In this role, Kim will be responsible for leading Securonix’s legal and compliance functions, enhancing processes for evaluating expansion and growth opportunities, and implementing corporate policies that support the company’s mission, vision and values.

Kim brings more than 20 years of legal and regulatory affairs experience in both the private and public sectors to Securonix. She most recently served as chief compliance officer and general counsel at Access TeleCare, the largest national provider of telemedicine technology and solutions. During her tenure, Kim helped guide the company – then known as SOC Telemed (NASDAQ: TLMD) – through its initial public offering, completed a series of acquisitions that nearly doubled its size and took the company private through a sale to Patient Square Capital. Prior to joining Access Telecare, Kim was the Vice President of Legal and Assistant Secretary at Symantec, a global leader in enterprise and consumer cybersecurity. While at Symantec, she led the corporate legal and global employment law teams, which included oversight of mergers and acquisitions, global subsidiaries, real estate and procurement legal.
