New Chief Product Officer, Senior Vice President of Global Sales, and Chief Operating Officer join to accelerate Semarchy’s next phase of growth and innovation.
Semarchy, a leader in master data management (MDM) and data integration, today announced three strategic additions to its executive team: Natalie Hahn as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Customer Experience, Sacha Dawes as Chief Product Officer, and AJ Cook as Senior Vice President of Global Sales. These appointments strengthen Semarchy’s leadership as the company deepens customer engagement and drives continued innovation across its unified data platform.
The new executives join following the launch of the Semarchy Data Platform (SDP) — a unified, converged data management, governance, and integration platform leveraging DataOps capabilities to deliver comprehensive, trusted data products at scale across the enterprise. SDP embodies Semarchy’s mission to simplify data management at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality, governed data wherever it’s needed, in any environment.

Natalie Hahn, Chief Operating Officer and Head of Customer Experience, brings deep expertise in strategy, analytics, and business transformation across global enterprises. Prior to joining Semarchy, she held senior leadership roles at Cornerstone OnDemand and AIG, where she drove global customer success, operational excellence, and business performance initiatives that delivered measurable impact.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Product Management at Flexera, overseeing the Snow application portfolio for Software Asset Management, SaaS Management, and Cloud Management.
