The new protocol marks the next evolution of Tailor’s API, enabling partners to embed real business formation services into agentic AI products
Tailor Brands, the AI powered business builder, announced the launch of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Beta, a powerful integration layer designed for agentic platforms, conversational products, and AI assistants serving small businesses. With Tailor Brands` MCP, selected partners can now embed legal and business-building services – such as LLC formation, EIN registration, report filings, branding, and financial tools – directly into their AI workflows.
Tailor Brands MCP builds on the success of Tailor’s API infrastructure, which supports partner integrations across financial institutions, marketplaces, and SMB platforms. While the API program helped partners deliver transactional access to formation services, Tailor Brands` MCP reimagines that foundation for a new paradigm, one where AI products don’t just suggest next steps, but execute them.
“Tailor Brands MCP is not just a new product, it’s an evolution,” said Nadav Shatz, CTO of Tailor Brands. “We’ve taken the same infrastructure that helped millions of prospective owners and layered on natural language endpoints, contextual workflows, and decision logic tailored for LLMs and AI agents. With Tailor Brands` MCP, platforms can now unlock real utility for their users without rebuilding legal or operational infrastructure from scratch.”
Tailor Brands` MCP: Purpose Built for the Agentic Era
Tailor Brands MCP was designed specifically to serve a new generation of AI powered platforms that go beyond search, guidance, or planning. Whether embedded in a virtual assistant for solopreneurs, a financial chatbot inside a neobank, or a business companion inside a SaaS platform, Tailor Brands` MCP enables AI agents to autonomously trigger and complete critical business services.
Tailor Brands’ approach turns complex business building tasks into simple, embeddable actions – guided by the same workflows and compliance logic that power its own product suite. The result: faster activation, deeper engagement, and more robust monetization opportunities for platforms serving SMBs.
Tailor Brands MCP gives partners access to the intelligence layer behind Tailor’s own business builder – including refined onboarding flows, regulatory triggers, and contextual decisioning. Partners can integrate these capabilities using LLM endpoints, APIs, or white labeled interfaces, dramatically reducing engineering lift while delivering highly guided user experiences. Pricing follows a pay-per-execution model: MCP itself is free; partners pay only when end-users trigger regulated services. A typical U.S. LLC workflow could yield hundreds of dollars in gross margin per entity, making the unit economics.
Rather than building legal and operational tooling from scratch, partners can now embed trusted, fully agentic infrastructure into their own platforms – turning conversations into companies, and guidance into execution.
Regulatory & Trust are a major part of this new release as well, MCP filings flow through Tailor Brands’ secure policies, procedures, and live monitoring.
