TechMD, a leading provider of cybersecurity and IT managed services, announced today that it has been acquired by Integris, a national leader in IT managed services. TechMD has been backed by ClearLight Partners, a private equity firm based in Newport Beach, California. Integris is backed by OMERS Private Equity. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
