Telemetrix, the premier provider of remote patient monitoring solutions, announced a partnership with Rx.Health, a leading clinical intelligence and automation platform company. The partnership will allow healthcare providers to prescribe remote physiological monitoring (RPM) and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) from within the electronic health record.
