“We are honored that TigerConnect was named a Leader by Gartner for our vision and execution, for a second year in a row. This recognition, we feel, underscores our unwavering commitment to product and engineering excellence, plus our focus on customer success.” said Saurin Shah, chief product officer of TigerConnect. “In our opinion, it also highlights the critical role that unified communication platforms have in the future of care delivery.”

- Dark Mode for all platforms: improved viewing experience in low light environments, also alleviates eye strain. Available in the Android and IOS apps, as well as the desktop application.
- Emoji Reactions: allows team members to acknowledge receipt of messages without generating additional notifications, reducing added disruptions and cognitive overload.
- Cloud-Based User Provisioning: through seamless integration with Active Directory, hospitals can now synchronize user data in real-time, reducing the administrative burden on IT teams.
