Seasoned Technology Leader to Drive Global Product Innovation and Go-to-Market Strategy for Modern Lakehouse for AI Platform
Zetaris, the Modern Lakehouse for AI company, today announced the appointment of Michael Hay as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Mr. Hay will oversee product research and development, lead market-facing CTO activities, and assist in all go-to-market initiatives.

Mr. Hay brings over two decades of distinguished experience in data analytics, AI, and storage technologies to Zetaris. Most recently, he served as CTO of Emerging Technologies at Hitachi Vantara, where he led innovation initiatives and technology strategy. Prior to that role, he held senior product management positions at Teradata, where he was Vice President of Product Management for Hybrid Clouds and Business Continuity as a Service, driving product strategy for next-generation analytics platforms. Earlier in his career at Hitachi Data Systems, he served as Vice President and Chief Engineer, demonstrating deep technical acumen in designing cutting-edge data solutions.
