Trella Health, the leader in post-acute market data, CRM, and EHR integrations, has appointed and promoted new leadership to execute the company’s vision and direction for its customer experience team. Andy Powell, previously Vice President of Customer Success, has been promoted to Senior VP of Customer Experience, and Bernie Segura has joined the Trella team as the VP of Customer Success.

“Trella has always prioritized the success of our customer’s and Andy’s leadership has been a significant factor in our achievements in this area,” said Scott Tapp, CEO of Trella Health. “Given our rapid growth and expanded offerings, we recognize the importance of experienced leadership that can help us continue the high level of support that has made us who we are. I’m thrilled to see Andy advance into this new role and have Bernie join the team as an additional resource to our customer success team.”

Segura brings more than 20 years of domestic and international business experience, leading customer-facing teams to expand client partnerships and implement operational processes to scale the support of large and one-to-many customer engagements. “I am incredibly excited to be joining an organization that has invested extensively into driving successful customer outcomes,” said Segura. “I look forward to continuing to help the team expand its positive impact on its customers and address a critical business need to better serve patient outcomes.”

With Segura’s appointment, Powell’s new role as SVP of Customer Experience will confront more organizational challenges that can arise as the company continues to grow.

“Since joining the Trella team as VP of Customer Success in 2017, it has been so rewarding to watch our customer base grow and expand,” shared Powell. “With this new role as SVP of Customer Engagement, I look forward to being involved in the further development of our customers, expanding our product solutions, evaluating new markets, and the ongoing goal of positioning Trella’s customers for success.”
