Elevate Security Receives Investment from CrowdStrike

Elevate Security integrates with CrowdStrike Falcon platform to automate enterprise-wide collection, analysis, and application of user risk data

Elevate Security today announced it has received an investment from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund, a strategic investment vehicle. As part of the investment, Elevate Security has also developed a technology integration with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform to automate the enterprise-wide collection, analysis, and application of user risk data, powering conditional protection policies and processes that better defend against sophisticated attacks. This integration is available in the CrowdStrike Store (a leading cybersecurity app marketplace).

Elevate research reveals that 8 percent of employees are responsible for 80 percent of breaches that are caused by human error. These employees are particularly susceptible to phishing, malware, social engineering, and other attacks with many legacy solutions unable to identify high-risk individuals and protect them from potential cyber threats.

To address this issue, Elevate Security integrates with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform to enhance organizational visibility, mitigate employee risk, and prevent targeted attacks. By leveraging the CrowdStrike Falcon platform’s enriched security data, Elevate allows security teams to quickly assess risky employees and employ automated playbooks to adaptively respond to potential threats.

“Combining Elevate user risk intelligence with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform gives defenders a simple, transparent, and effective method to apply personalized protections aligned to individual vulnerabilities,” stated Elevate founder and CEO, Robert Fly. “We are thrilled to be working closely with CrowdStrike to bring this game-changing technology to our customers.”

The CrowdStrike Falcon Fund is a cross-stage investment fund and the largest corporate venture arm in the cybersecurity industry. The program is designed to build an ecosystem of next-generation security leaders that share a common mission through a unique combination of investment and deep technical integrations with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, giving CrowdStrike customers access to cutting-edge third-party capabilities including Elevate Security.

“Our mission with the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund is to identify and promote innovation in the cybersecurity industry. With Elevate Security, we are investing and partnering with an emerging leader in proactive security that is reshaping the security awareness market through highly-integrated user behavioral analysis,” said Gur Talpaz, vice president of corporate development and head of Falcon Fund at CrowdStrike. “By integrating with the CrowdStrike Falcon platform, Elevate exposes high-risk users within an organization, enabling security teams to proactively manage their security solutions in one consolidated place to defend against vulnerability entry points, and ultimately stop breaches.”

“Our organization has been growing rapidly, and with that growth came an increase in workforce risk. Implementing an all-in-one Workforce Risk Management solution from Elevate Security with our existing CrowdStrike stack was one of the best decisions we’ve made. It has allowed us to stay ahead of potential issues and ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees. Thanks to this solution, we can focus on our continued growth with confidence and peace of mind,” said Emre Saglam, CISO Dremio.
