ExtraHop Recognized as a Best Workplace by Inc. Magazine

ExtraHop, the leader in cloud-native network detection and response, today announced Inc. Magazine has listed ExtraHop on its annual list of Best Workplaces.

Inc. Magazine received thousands of applications and ExtraHop emerged as a recipient of the prestigious award. Each nominated company took part in a third-party employee survey on topics including trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future, which Inc. then gathered, analyzed, and audited to determine who would be on their list.

ExtraHop’s commitment to providing comprehensive benefits and building a collaborative work environment for employees were contributing factors to the listing. These benefits, combined with the results of Inc.’s independent employee survey determined ExtraHop’s placement on their Best Workplaces list. ExtraHop employees expressed high engagement, strong access to learning and development opportunities, and overwhelmingly described the ExtraHop culture as “fun.”

“This recognition is a testament to the strength of our talented team and the innovative and equitable workplace we’re building together,” said Arif Kareem, CEO at ExtraHop. “As hard times hit the global workforce, ExtraHoppers have shown extraordinary compassion for one another and for our customers and have displayed ingenuity in their approach to the new realities of work. ExtraHop succeeds because of the high caliber of our people.”

In 2020, ExtraHop was also recognized by Cyber Defense Magazine with two InfoSec Awards, on Puget Sound Business Journal’s annual list of largest tech employers, and on the AI 50 list in Forbes.
