Fahim-Koster has more than 25 years of operational experience building and leading healthcare cybersecurity and privacy programs. She has served as a Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Privacy Officer for large regional healthcare providers and has consulted with hundreds of health systems and technology vendors nationwide.
Her deep regulatory expertise is a key differentiator in the industry. Fahim-Koster has extensive experience collaborating with the Office for Civil Rights (OCR), the Office of Inspector General (OIG), and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on HIPAA regulatory matters. She has successfully guided organizations through OCR investigations and Resolution Agreements, offering healthcare leaders practical, regulator-tested solutions for compliance and risk reduction.
