Tiugo Technologies Appoints Andrew Iappini as Chief Financial Officer

SaaS finance leader, Andrew Iappini, will drive financial strategy and growth for Tiugo’s portfolio of developer tools including TinyMCE, CKEditor, Uploadcare, and ButterCMS

Tiugo Technologies, a PSG portfolio company offering a collection of market-leading developer tools in the content creation and digital collaboration markets, announced today the appointment of Andrew Iappini as Chief Financial Officer.

Andrew will lead Tiugo’s global finance organization and play a central role in shaping the company’s financial structure as it continues to scale its portfolio. As Tiugo pursues both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, Andrew will be responsible for guiding strategic financial planning, optimizing capital allocation, and ensuring the company’s financial foundation supports long-term innovation and value creation.

“Andrew brings the experience we need to expand our market presence and strengthen the foundation behind each of our four brands,” said Mark Hatton, CEO of Tiugo Technologies. “He’ll help ensure each business has the structure, capital, and the strategic clarity it needs to accelerate its own growth story.”

Andrew comes to Tiugo from his CFO role at JW Player/Connatix, a provider of SaaS-based video developer tools and ad monetization services. Prior to this role, he was senior vice president of finance at RetailNext, a SaaS/IOT provider of in-store analytics for specialty retailers. He also worked in private equity with MacAndrews & Forbes and investment banking at Citigroup.

“Tiugo is at the forefront of trends that are shaping the future of digital content – especially around AI,” said Andrew. “I’m thrilled to build on that momentum, and continue to deliver superior developer tools and experiences for our customers through profitable growth and strategic reinvestment in the product.“
