Matias Katz founded Byos, an Edge Microsegmentation company dedicated to helping organizations protect themselves from the risk of ubiquitous remote, guest and IoT network connectivity. Byos allows employees, contractors, and devices to safely and securely connect to any network, regardless of their location or network environment. The patented Byos solution is a plug-and-play Secure Edge, built to provide secure connectivity for the remote/roaming workforce and connected devices. Before that, Matias founded his first company in 2008 at age 24, an MSSP which provided Purple Team cybersecurity solutions and services to enterprises and government entities across Latin America. He has also designed academic programs for this discipline in various institutions in Argentina, and trained security professionals around the world as an official CISSP instructor.
