Ugo Orsi is the chief customer officer at Digitate, a position he has held since early 2022. A distinguished technology leader, Ugo boasts a proven track record in revolutionizing expansive global enterprises. His passion for Digitate’s mission is evident and he has influenced the company’s product journey through his unique perspective as both a former customer and partner of Digitate. Ugo joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Digitate’s parent company, in April 2020 as a trusted advisor to the Global CIO of Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA). At TCS, he was at the forefront of steering WBA's intelligent automation journey, adopting Digitate’s flagship ignioÔ AIOps solution. This strategic direction has resulted in the deployment of 1,000 use cases (800 with ignio) over the last few years. Notably, WBA represents the largest deployment of ignio in a SaaS environment, utilizing the majority of Digitate’s product suite. Before his tenure at TCS, Ugo served as the Vice President of Technology Operations at Loblaw, Canada's largest supermarket chain.
